Projects
The project service is set up to facilitate or manage projects on behalf of the Posture & Mobility Service, and also for the West Midlands Wheelchair Managers group.
We have a project engineer who can coordinate or work on projects for the benefit of the team, our stakeholders, clinicians and patients. Any member of the team can work on a project but they need to submit a project proposal to the department so that we can effectively manage it.

Project request form
If you have an idea for a project, simple complete a request form and submit it to your manager or to the project engineer who can then bring the idea to the Wheelchair Managers meetings for discussion and acceptance. This allows managers to pick up on whether a project has already been done or if there are any special resources and planning needed.
