Booking non-emergency transport
Non-emergency patient transport is provided by West Midlands Ambulance Service.
Patients with a medical need for transport that meet the eligibility criteria will need to book their transport by phoning:
0800 035 6511
The service is provided using a universal set of local standards and eligibility criteria, developed by Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Birmingham, Sandwell and Solihull. These are applicable to all NHS healthcare services.
