Values in Practice Awards open for nominations

Our Values in Practice Awards are now open for nominations!

If you have received outstanding care or service from one of our staff or teams and would like them to be recognised, now is your chance to nominate.

Take a look at the 18 categories -  whichever category you choose, make sure you explain why the person or team is worthy of that award. You should use examples or evidence to demonstrate their actions or behaviours in line with your chosen category.
