Based at Moseley Hall Hospital, this is an outpatient service for the assessment and treatment of adults primarily aged 60 and over in a clinic environment.
Key Services
- falls/balance assessment for patients with a South Birmingham GP;
- physiotherapy and/or occupational therapy for patients with a South Birmingham GP.

The service is predominantly - but not exclusively - aimed at adults aged 60 and over.
Who delivers it?
The core team includes physiotherapists and an occupatioal therapist based at Moseley Hall Hospital.
Access is via the referral forms below and must be accompanied by an up-to-date clinical summary.
